Hailing from Manitowoc , WI 4th Class’ played early 80’s style hardcore and was formed by members of a few local bands. The idea was to have a good time and play some good music. This bands whole point was to be more care free and not political like the other bands the members were in. They mainly played locally and this was their only release on vinyl.
